Haley Brown was born in Heidelberg, Germany to an American military family and grew up across Oklahoma, Texas, and Hawaii before finding her home in Virginia. Now based in Richmond, she is a fine arts student, actress, fashion model, and bartender who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments, and is a 2026 Richmond Fashion Week Best Model of the Year nominee. Passionate about giving back, Haley volunteers at a local outreach center and stays deeply connected to her community. Through Miss Grand DC, Maryland & Virginia, she hopes to inspire others with her resilience, using her journey of overcoming a recent hip injury to encourage others to face adversity with courage and continue pursuing their purpose.
