MARYLAND: TAGAN VAZ

Tagan Vaz is a lifelong dancer and model who is passionate about building confidence and inspiring others to express themselves authentically. With a background in dance and performance, she uses the arts and social media to connect with others and encourage them to believe in their potential. Outside of performing, Tagan works in hospitality while pursuing a future career in medical sales and hopes to one day use her platform to support animals in need. As Miss Grand Maryland, she is proud to represent her community and inspire others to chase their dreams with confidence and determination.

VIRGINIA: DASHA BARTH

Dasha Barth is a dedicated barista with a strong passion for her modeling career and a commitment to spreading love and positivity to everyone she meets. She is deeply passionate about helping young women feel confident in their daily lives through support, inspiration, and encouragement to embrace who they truly are. Dasha is committed to using her platform to uplift others and create a positive impact within her community. As Miss Grand Virgina, she is grateful for the opportunity to represent her community while inspiring others to lead with confidence and authenticity.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA: LINA XIE

Lina Xie is a Washington, DC–based professional, proud University of Maryland alumna, woman in STEM, and doctoral graduate in business administration. She works as a manager in the consulting industry and is passionate about mentoring young professionals as they navigate their careers. As the founder of Heritage in Hands, Lina empowers women through traditional handicrafts and has hosted workshops throughout the DMV area, including programs in middle schools to inspire the next generation. As Miss Grand District of Columbia, she hopes to celebrate culture, empower women, and make her community proud.
