Lina Xie is a Washington, DC–based professional, proud University of Maryland alumna, woman in STEM, and doctoral graduate in business administration. She works as a manager in the consulting industry and is passionate about mentoring young professionals as they navigate their careers. As the founder of Heritage in Hands, Lina empowers women through traditional handicrafts and has hosted workshops throughout the DMV area, including programs in middle schools to inspire the next generation. Through Miss Grand DC, Maryland & Virginia, she hopes to celebrate culture, empower women, and make her community proud.
